These terms of sale always apply when you as a consumer shop at www.minishop.no (hereinafter referred to as the "website").
As part of the website, Digitalsign (hereinafter "MiniShop") operates the "Marketplace", which is a trading platform where you as a consumer can purchase goods directly from MiniShop.
These terms of sale, together with the order confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis for your purchase.
The entire agreement and other information on the website is only available in Norwegian.

PRIVACY POLICY
- In order to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information:
- name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- Personal data is not transmitted encrypted.
- We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
- When personal data is collected via our website, we guarantee that it always happens after your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
- All employees in the business have access to the information registered about you.
- We use this information to ship the item and inform you of any unforeseen delivery issues. Additionally, after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

You can always decide not to receive or stop receiving targeted advertising from MiniShop that you do not want. However, please note that information that is directly related to your purchase or account with us will be sent. - We are an independent online store that does not share your information with others. We store your data securely, but unencrypted.
- No personally sensitive information is recorded.
- As a registered user of MiniShop, you always have the right to object to the registration, and you have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Norwegian Data Protection Act. Inquiries in this regard should be directed to MiniShop via email: kontakt@minishop.no.
- You may have the right to exercise your data protection rights, including requesting that we delete, amend or provide you with access to your information. For such requests, please contact us via kontakt@minishop.no.

How do I order?
Shopping at MyTrendyPhone.no is quick and easy. When you have found an item you want to buy, click "BUY" and the item is automatically added to your shopping cart. You can add more items in the same way. When you have finished shopping, click "SHOPPING CART" in the top right corner. You will now see an overview of your items. Then click "GO TO CHECKOUT" and enter your customer information (name, address, email, etc.). If the package is to be sent to an address other than your own, you must enter the recipient's address under "Delivery address" before clicking "CONTINUE". Then select the payment and shipping method and click "CONTINUE". The following overview shows all your items as well as the total price including any shipping costs. Read and accept the terms of sale and then click "CONFIRM ORDER". Any payment information for the selected payment method is entered, and the order is then registered. You will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. All prices stated on mobil-deksel.no are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. We recommend that you keep this order confirmation until you receive your order. All prices stated on min-deksel.no are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.
Can I add more items to a just-shipped order?
No, but you can place a new order and write "ship with previous order" in the notes field. We will delete the postage on your new order. You may still receive two shipments if our warehouse is unable to match the orders.
SECURITY OF CARD PAYMENTS
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard. When you pay by card, we deduct the amount from your account when the goods are shipped from us. You will receive a receipt for the payment together with your goods.
You run no risk by using your VISA card or Mastercard at min-dekskel.no, as we use a so-called SSL connection to ensure that no one else is "listening" when your card number or other data is transmitted online. The credit card information is transmitted via min-dekskel.no to Stripe on a secure and encrypted SSL connection - we do not see your card information and will never see it, as this part of the transaction is handled by a certified payment processor.
PAYMENT
You can pay with the most common payment cards, PayPal and Vipps. If you pay with a credit card, you enter your card number, expiration date and check digits when you order the item. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have authorized when purchasing. When you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive the payment summary. You have no own risk if your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This means you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have an own risk of NOK 1,200 when your card is misused using the PIN code. Information/data you send in connection with purchases paid for with a payment card is encrypted (SSL), and therefore only Stripe can read them. Neither Min Deksel nor others have the ability to read this data.

DELIVERY
We deliver in Norway.
- All items in stock are shipped with Posten/PostNord. If you order before 4:00 PM on a working day, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order between 4:00 PM on Friday and 9:00 AM on Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday morning.
- Stock status is 100% up to date.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is stated on the individual item (normally max. 1-4 days). However, there are some items that have a slightly longer delivery time, normally 2-3 weeks, but then there will usually be information about this on the product page. You will automatically receive an email when your order is shipped from us.
DELIVERY COSTS
The prices for shipping and handling are as follows:
For shipments that are delivered between 1-3 days, and that weigh less than 350 grams, the shipping cost is approximately 50 kroner.
There is free shipping for purchases over 500 kroner.
In addition, there is the option to pick up the goods at a pick-up location. The address for picking up goods is as follows:

DELIVERY AND DELAY
Delivery of the product takes place in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on the page. We are responsible for the products until they are taken over by you, that is, until they come into your possession. If the shipment is delayed or there is a problem in transport, we will provide you with information about the delay and when, if any, the shipment can be delivered. If the new date does not suit you, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Read more about refund execution under Exchange/Return .
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Immediately after you have purchased an item online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It contains, among other things, an order number, name and address of the payer, payment method, delivery address if applicable, and an overview of the items ordered. It is not possible to access the contract via the website at a later time. If you would like to receive a new copy of the contract via email, you can send a message to kontakt@minishop.no.
RECEIPT
The receipt is the final step in the purchasing process, and we recommend that you print it immediately after purchase. The receipt should be presented when making an exchange, exercising the right of withdrawal or making a complaint.
RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
You have a 14-day right of exchange on all goods you purchase online, effective from the date of receipt. The right of exchange depends on the item being returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. A receipt must always accompany the item.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, this must be agreed in more detail by sending an email to kontakt@minishop.no.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received the goods. Within the 30-day period, you have to notify us of your use of the right of withdrawal, and then you have a further 30 days to return the goods. If the delivery contains several goods that are delivered separately at different times, the right of withdrawal applies for 30 days after the day you receive the last item in physical possession - as long as the order was placed together.
The right of withdrawal can only be used for purchases made in the MiniShop online store.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform MiniShop in an unequivocal manner of your decision to withdraw from the agreement within the withdrawal period. We recommend that you contact MiniShop at kontakt@minishop.no with the word "return" in the subject line. You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to receive the goods without also giving us clear notice of this.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Refund/Exchange of goods
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise with us. Once we have received the returned product and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal, we will contact you to obtain information about the account number to which the purchase price should be returned, if any.
You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned. The goods must be sent by post to our office address (provided by email when contacting us via kontakt@minishop.no) without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Alternatively, you can come to our office address and return the package there, but then the goods must be properly packaged.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, and as the sender you are responsible for ensuring that the returned goods are properly packaged and do not get lost or damaged during transport. For this reason, we advise you to send the shipment as a package with tracking. Please ensure that it is delivered directly to our address.

The cancellation period is met if you return the goods before 30 days have passed.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. In other words, you can open the packaging and examine the goods. If you carry out too extensive examinations, or the goods are damaged, you may risk not getting back the full amount originally paid. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of a product that is specially made for you, such as a custom-designed mobile phone case.
This means that the information in Section 8, first paragraph, letters h, i and j of the Right of Withdrawal Act, cf. second paragraph, is deemed to have been provided.
COMPLAINT
According to the Norwegian Purchase Act, all goods have a 24-month right of complaint (for goods that are intended to last much longer under normal use, you can complain for five years). The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects that have occurred in the goods within 24 months of purchase. However, it is assumed that these defects have not occurred as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. Claims for complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely. We will refund any shipping costs you may have in connection with returning the goods when the complaint is justified. If you wish to complain about a product, this product must be sent to our office address at Grenseveien 57A.
If the screen protector is installed incorrectly so that bubbles appear underneath, you unfortunately cannot use your right to claim. The warranty of course applies to defects that were present when you received the screen protector, e.g. if it was broken upon arrival.
SPAM - THE NEW PLAGUE ON THE INTERNET
Most people who have an email address are familiar with the problems of SPAM - unwanted advertising that often causes inboxes to overflow.
The problem is growing, but we would like to help reduce the irritation and unnecessary time spent this causes in the long term. Therefore, we do not use your personal information (such as your email address) for purposes other than those you have given us permission to do so.
If you have received an email from MiniShop, it is either because:
- that your email address is stored with us because you wish to receive future information.
- that you have previously ordered goods from MiniShop, and that a reminder has been sent out once.
- that you are currently corresponding with us.
- We may send you information that we think you will find interesting, or that you have requested from us, including information about products and services, unless you have opted out of being contacted about this.
If you do not wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time. Information directly related to your purchase or account will still be sent.

UNWANTED THIRD-PARTY EMAIL
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited e-mail sent via our system or that purports to come from our domain, we ask that you please forward a copy of the e-mail in question along with any comments to kontakt@minishop.no.
CONSUMER SALES ACT
Any disputes regarding the terms mentioned above shall be settled in accordance with Norwegian law.
